Shipment Processing Time

All orders are hand packaged following purchase and processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (I have photos to take!). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All shipping charges are included in your Originals purchase. Enjoy that one on me!

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Alex McCann is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

While I take a lot of care packing up Originals, sometimes shipping companies forget about the fragile stickers... I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All sales are final. If you really don't like it that much, post it on Marketplace and see what you get!
